7. RETURNS & DEFECTS HANDLING PROCEDURE

Customers must report defects in writing within 7 days of delivery. The Company may inspect, test, or request return of the item for technical evaluation. Technical misuse, electrical damage, improper installation, or third-party tampering voids warranty claims.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control including import delays, exchange rate fluctuations, shipping disruptions, power failures, or acts of God.
